Not about that, anyway.

[He could tell how shaken James was by his visitor. Hell, Victor was shaken just from hearing about it. But he's dealt with threatening people before. He'd rather focus on James than worry about it more. So he shifts positions so James is more comfortably over him, fingers winding into the man's hair]

[winscenario]

[ He shifts without really breaking the kiss, purring softly when fingers weave through his hair. Arms propped up to both sides of Victor's head, one of his hands finds its way to his hair too, lips parting just a hint so his tongue can dip into the kiss.

He was worried, sure— still is, actually. But kissing Victor is a pretty effective way to distract him. ]

[jolting]

[And he of course has absolutely no problem being a distraction. His fingers dig a little into the man's hair, scratching the back of his neck. Eventually he moves his lips to James's jaw and neck]

Hey. Practice optimism, remember. I've gone up against Dark Ones and wicked witches. Whatever this is, we'll be fine.

[winscenario]

[ A low hum crawls up his throat when Victor's fingers curl tighter. Eyes closed, he tilts his head to give Victor all the room he might need to kiss along the skin of his neck. ]

Yeah... I know. And I am being optimistic. [ He cants his head to press a kiss to Victor's temple. ] But I'm still going to worry about your well-being.

[jolting]

That's fair. Though you get into trouble a lot more than me around here.

[He casually scrapes his teeth against flesh just hard enough to leave a mark. He doesn't have to make it noticeable, but he does it anyway]

[winscenario]

Excuse you, I'm— a family man, now. Should've seen me before.

[ It's definitely more difficult to manage an even tone when Victor's working his skin like that, so there's a hitch in the sentence, and an airy sigh afterwards, his head tipping to the side. ]

Damn it, Victor...

[jolting]

Hmmm. Leather jacket, cool motorcycle... bet you were all kinds of trouble.

[He chuckles, tugging on James's hair just the way he likes it] What?

[winscenario]

[ Jim laughs softly at the accusation. Victor's right, though. Jim was all kinds of trouble, and not the least bit sorry about dragging someone else down with him. He used to be a terrible influence.

Granted, Victor's being pretty terrible right now. Jim bites at his lower lip, then pointedly wiggles his hips, so his weight's settled fully on top of the doctor. ] You're all kinds of trouble.

[jolting]

[He lets out a breathy little laugh, wrapping an arm around James to keep him close. His other hand is still buried firmly in the man's hair. Victor pulls back so he can look James in the eye]

Obviously. It's why we work well together.

[winscenario]

[ He grins warmly against Victor's lips, nipping lightly at them before the doctor's pulling away again. ]

Mm... that's true, we do. [ He brushes his fingers slowly through Victor's hair, tipping his head down to kiss him. ]

[jolting]

[He makes a pleased purring noise at the touch, sighing when they kissed] Mmmm, glad I didn't follow through on my threat to buzz my hair.

[winscenario]

[ Jim lets out a little sigh, smiling lazily while still sifting his fingers through Victor's hair. ] God, please never buzz your hair. It looks so good like this.

[ It's also really very nice to touch and grab and tug. Jim likes to mess it up too, seeing it stick in all directions in the morning, or after they've gone a few rounds. ]

[jolting]

[He chuckles. He does like it when James plays with his hair, and he would hate to miss out on that feeling. He lets his eyes fall half-closed in lazy contentment to better enjoy the petting]

Mkay, I promise I won't.

[winscenario]

Good. I'll hold you to that promise.

[ He licks languidly at Victor's lips, nibbling here and there, brushing kisses across his cheek and down his neck. ]

[jolting]

[He hums, tilting his head to offer more of his neck] Love you, geliebte.

[winscenario]

Love you too, baby. [ He murmurs in-between kisses, planting a trail down to Victor's collarbone. Having the doctor trapped under him is proving to be a very nice distraction, even if very arousing too. One of his hands moves down and slips underneath Victor's shirt, fingertips brushing across the skin. ]

[jolting]

[He hums again, shivering a little at the feel of that mouth on his skin. However often they do this, he still gets excited. He is absolutely fine being a distraction if it gives him this kind of attention. His breath hitches a bit when James's hand goes under his shirt, but he decides to play with this a bit first]

You looking for something?

[winscenario]

Well, [ He smiles against Victor's skin, hand venturing farther underneath his shirt. ] I heard there was a soft spot somewhere around here...

[ He shifts his weight slightly, so his palm can slide across Victor's navel, thumb brushing across his bellybutton. ]

[jolting]

[It's odd. That spot is not one of his more sensitive places, but James touching him like that makes him shiver all the same. Victor swallows hard]

Huh. S-so... so there is.

[winscenario]

[ The reaction is a little surprising, and Jim's expression opens up into a smile. He bites lightly at the skin between Victor's collarbones, eyes still on his face, and eventually he pulls away and starts wiggling lower on the bed, tugging the shirt up Victor's torso so he can plant a trail of kisses across his stomach, closer to where his hand was before. ]

Mmm, that was easy...

[jolting]

Don't worry, I'm sure it'll get harder.

[He couldn't resist saying that. He falls quiet, wanting to focus on his breathing and feeling James kiss him. His fingers lazily comb through James's hair]

[winscenario]

[ Jim snorts, nipping gently at the skin. ] Oh, that’s easy to do too.

[ True for the both of them, actually. He’s just as easy to excite when he’s in Victor’s hands. For now he focuses on the doctor, splaying his fingers across a smooth stomach, petting softly at the trail of hairs going down. He kisses and licks along his navel in the meantime, teeth catching the elastic band of his pyjama pants. ]

[jolting]

[He lets out a huff of air. He can't really argue against that, nor would he even try. But, he can be sassy]

Would you rather I make it difficult?

[winscenario]

Well, you could try... [ He winks up at Victor, fingers playing across the skin of his navel before curling around the elastic waistband of his pants. ] But I think we both know you wouldn’t last long.

[ Slowly he tugs the fabric lower, lips following after and kissing skin as it’s exposed little by little. ]

[jolting]

[Gives him a look, slapping those fingers half-heartedly] See, how you're just making me choose between stroking your ego and being stubborn.
