How about the medical office at the Perimeter Guard? Or is this a non-medical sort of situation?

It is related more to physical therapy. Is that in your medical arsenal?

It is, and you can do that from your home in some case. Is this something you want me to walk you through, or do you want me there in person?

I suppose it may be easier in person.

I would like for exercises that can be done at home, if possible, but the injury is related to my back.
